By submitting an inquiry, booking a service, purchasing a gift certificate, or participating in any experience offered by The Liquid Alchemy (“TLA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Offered
The Liquid Alchemy provides mobile cocktail experiences, mixology classes, private and corporate events, and related hospitality services. All services are experiential and instructional in nature and may include the preparation and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
2. Age Requirement
All participants must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Valid government-issued identification may be required at the event. TLA reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who does not meet legal age requirements.
3. Responsible Consumption
TLA promotes responsible alcohol consumption. We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to any participant who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe. Participants assume full responsibility for their actions during and after the event.
TLA is not responsible for transportation arrangements. Guests are encouraged to plan safe transportation in advance.
4. Booking, Deposits & Payments
• A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure an event date.
• Remaining balances are due prior to the event date, as outlined in your invoice or contract.
• Event dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Pricing, packages, and inclusions are subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your individual contract or invoice. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. They may be applied toward eligible services offered by TLA, subject to availability and current pricing. If pricing changes occur, the certificate value will be honored, but additional payment may be required to cover any difference.
7. Event Requirements & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing a safe and suitable event environment
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and venue policies
• Obtaining any required venue approvals or permissions
• Providing accurate guest counts and event details
TLA is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by venue restrictions, guest behavior, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
8. Liability Waiver
Participation in TLA experiences is voluntary. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless The Liquid Alchemy, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, including but not limited to alcohol consumption.
9. Media & Content Use
TLA may capture photos or videos during events for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
10. Force Majeure
TLA shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, acts of God, government restrictions, illness, or emergencies.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, recipes, materials, branding, and experiences provided by TLA are the intellectual property of The Liquid Alchemy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a form, booking an event, purchasing a gift certificate, or participating in a TLA experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
