Cachaca Sour
Ingredients
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 0.25 oz Aperol
- 0.25 oz Campari
- 1.5 oz cachaca, can sub vodka, tequila, gin, or rum
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into shaker tin including egg white
- Shake without ice, dry shake
- Add ice
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into coupe or martini glass
- Garnish with bitters
Silk Serenade
Ingredients
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Licor 43
- 1 oz Amaro Montenegro
- 1 oz reposado tequila
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into shaker tin including egg white
- Shake without ice, dry shake
- Add ice
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into coupe or martini glass
- Garnish
